Dianne Polley-Bodager is a Mortgage & Consumer Loan Originator at The Old Fort Banking Company in Port Clinton. She currently holds the position of Social Chairperson for the NCYP Board of Directors. In her spare time she is the Cheerleading Coach at Bellevue High School. Dianne currently resides in Port Clinton with her husband Jay.

I was raised in Tiffin, Ohio and have lived there most of my life before moving to Sandusky. I attended Bowling Green State University where I earned my BSBA with a specialization in Finance. After graduating from Bowling Green, I started working for United Insurance Service based out of Tiffin and moved to the satellite office in Sandusky in 2006. During this year, I became a volunteer at the hospital, worked on various Chamber of Commerce functions (including the golf league), volunteered with the youth basketball league at the YMCA, joined the local Elks Club and began attending the NCYP meetings.

Andrew is a 1997 graduate of Perkins High School and a 2002 graduate of Ohio University. From OU,he earned a bachelors degree in Industrial Technology and a minor in Business Administration. Andy went on later to earn an additional associates degree in HVAC from Terra Community College. He is currently a Commercial Account Manager for his family’s 120 year old HVAC company where he specializes in HVAC controls and building automation. Andy is a Founding Father of the Ohio Chapter of Delta Upsilon where he currently sits on the House Corporation Board. Andy is also a member of Sandusky Rotary. Along with being the Chairman of the Board for NCYP, Andy is on the Sandusky YMCA Membership Committee, the Sandusky Yacht Club Membership Committee, and the Sandusky State Theater Board. Andy and his wife Melissa are active members of Zion Lutheran Church in Sandusky.

Born and raised in Sandusky, graduating from St. Mary’s High School. I continued my education at the University of Toledo where I received a Bachelors degree. I have 12 years of experience in the Banking Industry. I specialize in working with Small Business owners and Retirement/Financial Planning. My community involvement includes the following: North Coast Young Professionals – Treasurer, LEADS graduate 2004, Double S Industries Advisory Board, and Ohio Business College Board Member.

John is a graduate of Sandusky High School and the University of Toledo where he received degrees in both Business Administration and Applied Sciences. He is currently the Executive Director of the Sandusky Main Street Assoc. and is strongly involved in the economic redevelopment of Downtown Sandusky. Before working in Economic Development, he was employed with KeyBank as a Consumer & Small Business Lender as well as an Investment Representative with McDonald Investments. John is a founding member of NCYP and currently holds seats on the Merry-Go-Round Museum, Old House Guild, and NCYP boards. He is also an Ambassador for the Erie County Chamber of Commerce, member of the Bayfront Corridor Committee, as well as the Sandusky Downtown Design Review Board.

Josh is a financial advisor with Smith Barney in downtown Sandusky. He manages both personal and institutional assets by developing asset allocation strategies to empower his clients to reach their financial, income, and money management goals. He received a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics both from The University of Arizona, Tucson, AZ. He is a member of Sandusky Rotary, Plum Brook Country Club, Sandusky Yacht Club, and the Huron Chamber of Commerce. He resides on his family farm in Margaretta Township. In his spare time he enjoys golfing, activities on the lake, and various sports.

Michael is a 1998 graduate of St. Mary’s Central Catholic and a 2002 and 2003 graduate of Miami University. From Miami, he earned a Bachelors degree of Science in Business and a Master of Accountancy degree. He is currently a CPA, working in Norwalk with Payne, Nickles & Company. Michael enjoys sports, hunting and fishing and any other outdoor activities. He currently resides in Sandusky.

Tim is currently a Mortgage Consultant for Key Bank in Sandusky. He specializes in home loan financing for 1st time homebuyers, zero down loans, refinances, construction loans, and investment property financing. Tim was born and raised in Sandusky, was a 1992 graduate of Perkins High School, and hold a B.S. in Business from Bowling Green State University. He was a founding member of the NCYP (then the ECYP) when it was created in 2005, and currently serves as the Communications Director for the NCYP Board. When not generating home loans or networking, Tim enjoys watching the Steelers win, Jet Skiing, golfing, and playing with his two dogs, Indy and Zima.

Andy is a 1996 graduate of Norwalk High School and graduated from The University of Toledo in 2001 where he earned a Bachelors degree in Finance and Professional Sales. After graduating from college, Andy worked for two different insurance companies in Toledo concentrating on business insurance. He joined Battles Insurance Agency in 2007 where his focus is working with businesses to provide a solution for their property and liability needs. Along with being an active volunteer for various organizations in the community, Andy is active with the Norwalk Jaycees, a chairperson on the Norwalk Economic Committee, and sits on both the Norwalk Main Street Advisory Board and the Huron County Safety Council Board.
