JON FOSTER-Secratary

Jon is a 2000 graduate from Tiffin Columbian High School and a 2005 graduate from Bowling Green State University with a specialization in finance. Jon is a Senior Account Executive with United Insurance Service which was founded in 1924. His primary focus is employee benefits and individual health, life and Medicare. Jon is currently the membership chair on the YMCA board. When Jon is not busy at work he likes to spend time working out at the YMCA, boating to the Sandbar, golfing and cheering on the Cleveland sports teams.

SAM FRIES, C.P.A. - Treasurer

Sam is a 2002 graduate of Norwalk St. Paul High School, a 2006 graduate of John Carroll University with a degree in accounting, and a 2007 graduate of the University of Denver with a Masters in Tax. He is currently a CPA working for Payne, Nickles & Company in Norwalk. He is also active in the Norwalk Jaycees and enjoys both playing and watching sports in his spare time.

ANDREW GUNDLACH - Community Economic Devlopment Chair

Andrew is a 1997 graduate of Perkins High School and a 2002 graduate of Ohio University. From OU,he earned a bachelors degree in Industrial Technology and a minor in Business Administration. Andy went on later to earn an additional associates degree in HVAC from Terra Community College. He is currently a Commercial Account Manager for his family’s 120 year old HVAC company where he specializes in HVAC controls and building automation. Andy is a Founding Father of the Ohio Chapter of Delta Upsilon where he currently sits on the House Corporation Board. Andy is also a member of Sandusky Rotary and Sandusky Yacht Club. Along with being a past NCYP Chairperson, Andy is on the Sandusky YMCA Membership Committee, Erie Co. Ecomonic Developement Corp. Board, and the Sandusky State Theater Board. Andy and his wife Melissa are active members of Zion Lutheran Church in Sandusky.

Dr. Stephanie Baxter - Social Chair

Stephanie is originally from Youngstown Ohio and moved to the area in 2008. She earned a Bachelor of Science at the University of Toledo and her Doctor of Optometry at The Ohio State University. She practices at Family Eye Care Centers in Clyde and Sandusky. She is a member of the OSU Alumni Club of Erie County and the Clyde Business & Professional Association. Stephanie resides in Sandusky with her husband Kevin. They enjoy spending time with family and friends and Ohio State football.

CHRIS PARTHEMORE - Fundraising Chair

Chris has recently joined the board and taken the reins of Fundraising Chair.

Edmond is the owner and operator of Endmond Hoty Concepts.

MICHAEL MILLER, C.P.A. - Vice Chairperson

Michael is a 1998 graduate of St. Mary’s Central Catholic and a 2002 and 2003 graduate of Miami University. From Miami, he earned a Bachelors degree of Science in Business and a Master of Accountancy degree. He is currently a CPA, working in Norwalk with Payne, Nickles & Company. Michael enjoys sports, hunting and fishing and any other outdoor activities. He currently resides in Sandusky.

TIM OTT - Communications Chair

Tim is currently a Mortgage Consultant for Union National Mortgage in Sandusky. He specializes in home loan financing for 1st time homebuyers, zero down loans, refinances, construction loans, and investment property financing. Tim was born and raised in Sandusky, was a 1992 graduate of Perkins High School, and hold a B.S. in Business from Bowling Green State University. He was a founding member of the NCYP (then the ECYP) when it was created in 2005, and currently serves as the Communications Director for the NCYP Board. When not generating home loans or networking, Tim enjoys watching the Steelers win, Jet Skiing, golfing, and playing with his two dogs, Indy and Zima.

ANDREW THOMAS - Membership/Recruitment Chair

Andy is a 1996 graduate of Norwalk High School and graduated from The University of Toledo in 2001 where he earned a Bachelors degree in Finance and Professional Sales. After graduating from college, Andy worked for two different insurance companies in Toledo concentrating on business insurance. He joined Battles Insurance Agency in 2007 where his focus is working with businesses to provide a solution for their property and liability needs. Along with being an active volunteer for various organizations in the community, Andy is active with the Norwalk Jaycees, a chairperson on the Norwalk Economic Committee, and sits on both the Norwalk Main Street Advisory Board and the Huron County Safety Council Board.

MEGAN BLAKE - Public Relations Chair

Meghan is a graduate of St. Mary Central Catholic High School. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance with a minor in French from Wright State University. Meghan is an Internal Auditor for the Dayton-based Standard Register Company. She works virtually from her home in Castalia when not traveling to audit locations across the U.S. She is currently pursuing her Internal Auditor certification. In her free time, Meghan plays in a band called The Sewing Circle.

CANDICE LOPEZ - Board Member
