CHRIS PARTHEMORE - Vice-Chairperson

Chris is a 1998 graduate of Perkins High School and a 2003 graduate of Bowling Green State University. He is a 2010 graduate of Leadership Erie County and is currently the Practice Administrator for Family Eye Care Centers in Sandusky, Huron and Clyde, Ohio. Chris is an assistant track and cross country coach at Perkins High School, is a professional scuba diver and is a member of the Sandusky Yacht Club. He has served as the NCYP Fundraising Chair and is currently the Vice-Chairman. Chris and his wife Julia live in downtown Sandusky.

NIKKI PEUGEOT- Vice Chairperson

Nikki is a 2000 graduate of Norwalk High School, a 2004 graduate of the Gemological Institute of America as well as a 2009 graduate of Drouhard National Jewelers School. She is currently a Gemologist, Diamond Grader and Jewelry Appraiser for Levit Jewelers in Lorain, Ohio. In her spare time, Nikki enjoys summer activities on Lake Erie including boating, sailing and spending time with friends. She is a member of Sandusky Yacht Club and Sandusky Sailing Club. Nikki resides in Perkins Township with her husband, Joel.

JON FOSTER-Secretary

Jon is a 2000 graduate from Tiffin Columbian High School and a 2005 graduate from Bowling Green State University with a specialization in finance. Jon is a Senior Account Executive with United Insurance Service which has nine offices and 70 employees located in Northwest Ohio . Jon is currently serving on Board of Directors for the YMCA and Firelands Habitat for Humanity. When Jon is not busy at work he likes to spend time boating, working around the house, dog park and cheering on the Browns!

SAM FRIES, C.P.A. - Treasurer

Sam is a 2002 graduate of Norwalk St. Paul High School , a 2006 graduate of John Carroll University with a degree in accounting, and a 2007 graduate of the University of Denver with a Masters in Tax. He is currently a CPA working for Payne, Nickles & Company in Norwalk . He is also active in the Norwalk Jaycees and enjoys both playing and watching sports in his spare time. He resides in Sandusky with his wife Kristen.

TRACY LUCAS - Communications Chair

Tracy is originally from Sylvania, OH and moved to the Sandusky area in 2008. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2003 from The University of Toledo majoring in Human Resource Management and a minor in Business Law. Tracy is presently Wellness & Community Outreach Coordinator at Firelands Regional Medical Center . In addition to NCYP, she is a member of the Toledo Area Alumnae of Alpha Omicron Pi and member of Zonta Club of Sandusky . Tracy resides in Perkins Township with her husband Dan and dog Bella. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and boating on beautiful Lake Erie.

DR. STEPHANIE BAXTER - Social Chair

Stephanie is originally from Youngstown Ohio and moved to the area in 2008. She earned a Bachelor of Science at the University of Toledo and her Doctor of Optometry at The Ohio State University. She practices at Family Eye Care Centers in Clyde and Sandusky. She is a member of the OSU Alumni Club of Erie County, the Clyde Business & Professional Association and a 2009 graduate of Leadership Sandusky County. She serves as a board member for The OSU Optometry alumni & friends society and is an auxiliary faculty member in the College of Optometry. Stephanie resides in Sandusky with her husband Kevin. They enjoy spending time with family and friends and Ohio State football.

MICHAEL MILLER, C.P.A. - Recruitment/Membership Chair

Michael is a 1998 graduate of St. Mary’s Central Catholic and a 2002 and 2003 graduate of Miami University. From Miami, he earned a Bachelors degree of Science in Business and a Master of Accountancy degree. He is currently a CPA and CVA, working as a manager with Payne, Nickles & Company in Norwalk. Michael is also the treasurer of the Boys and Girls Club of Erie County and a member of the Sandusky Elks and the Erie County Conservation League. He enjoys sports, hunting and fishing and any other outdoor activities. He currently resides in Sandusky.

ANDY THOMAS- Community Economic Devlopment Chair

Andy is a 1996 graduate of Norwalk High School and graduated from The University of Toledo in 2001 where he earned a Bachelors degree in Finance and Professional Sales. After graduating from college, Andy worked for two different insurance companies in Toledo concentrating on business insurance. He joined Battles Insurance Agency in 2007 where his focus is working with businesses to provide a solution for their property and liability needs. Along with being an active volunteer for various organizations in the community, Andy is active with the Norwalk Jaycees, a chairperson on the Norwalk Economic Committee, and sits on both the Norwalk Main Street Advisory Board and the Huron County Safety Council Board.

ANDREW ZUCKER - Fundraising Chair

Andrew Zucker is a 1999 graduate of Perkins High School, a 2003 graduate of the University of Dayton with a bachelors degree in chemical engineering, and a 2007 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. After completing his education, Dr. Zucker spent 3 years practicing in New Jersey, Dayton, and Cincinnati, before deciding to move back home to Sandusky and join the dental practice his father co-founded in 1974. Andrew holds a part-time faculty position at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, as well as being a co-founder of the Sandusky Bay Rowing Association. He travels to Guatemala every year to provide emergency dental care to indigenous children without access to medical care. In his spare time, he enjoys rowing, boating, Buckeye football, and Flyer basketball.

ANDREW GUNDLACH - Board Member

Andrew is a 1997 graduate of Perkins High School and a 2002 graduate of Ohio University. From OU, he earned a bachelors degree in Industrial Technology and a minor in Business Administration. Andy went on later to earn an additional associates degree in HVAC from Terra Community College. He is currently a Commercial Account Manager for his family’s 120 year old HVAC company where he specializes in HVAC controls and building automation. Andy is a Founding Father of the Ohio Chapter of Delta Upsilon where he currently sits on the House Corporation Board. Andy is also a member of Sandusky Rotary and Sandusky Yacht Club. Along with being a past NCYP Chairperson, Andy is on the Sandusky YMCA Membership Committee, Erie Co. Ecomonic Developement Corp. Board, and the Sandusky State Theater Board. Andy and his wife Melissa are active members of Zion Lutheran Church in Sandusky.

EDMOND HOTY - Chairperson

Edmond Hoty, owner of Edmond Hoty Real Estate and Danny Boys Italian Eatery was born in Cleveland, Ohio. After graduating high school in 1991, Ed movied to Huron, Ohio where he continued his education at Bowling Green State University, graduating with a Bachelors degree in marketing in 1994. Upon receiving his broker's license in 2000, he opened his own real estate company. Ed, being an entrepreneur at heart, also ventured into the dry clearner industry, purchasing an existing dry cleaner with a partner and expanding it to three locations. In 2008 he sold the cleaners to his partner. In 2006, Ed opened his own restaurant: Danny Boys Italian Eatery, which was awarded "Best Italian Restaurant 2009" in Erie County. Ed's real estate career has remained strong: Selling 48 acres to a Water Park developer, developing 48 acres in Vermilion with partners, and overseeing large commercial and residental transactions from Cleveland to Columbus and back to Erie County. In 2011, Ed bought Feddersens Bakery and Dough. His goal is to expand to the whole east coast with frozen pizza dough. Ed is an active member of the Erie County Home Builders, Erie County Chamber of Commerce, Cleveland Area Board of Rearltors as well as Firelands Association of Realtors. he is also on the board of the Providence Care Facilities, North Coast Young Professionals, and Erie County Chamber of Commerce. Ed is blessed with a beautiful wife Louise (AKA Weazy) and two awesome boys: Nathan and Dominic. The family regularly atends church at the Chapel and Ed is actively involved in sponsoring and coaching baseball and basketball with his children.

DUSTIN NESS- Board Member

Dustin is currently a Vice President and the Resident Director for Merrill Lynch in Sandusky. He has been in the financial services industry for 8 years before joining Merrill Lynch in 2010. Dustin graduated from Ashland University with double majors both in Accounting & Finance as well as participating in Varsity Track & Field. He also sit on the Business Advisory Council for the College of Business and Economics at Ashland University and was recently awarded the young alumnus of the year from AU (2010). In addition to his service to Ashland University, he currently serve on the board of trustees for the Sandusky YMCA as well the finance board & council for Zion Lutheran Church in Sandusky. Dustin enjoys spending time with his wife Lori, boating, hunting, and nearly all athletics. In July 2011, Dustin and Lori welcomed the birth of their little girl, Elli Nicole Ness.
